We manage for you all the steps related to the sale of your property, from the evaluation to the signature at the notary's office, and this in a friendly manner.

We draw up a very complete sales file in order to avoid any unnecessary visits.

Before the sale, we submit the file to you and only put it online with your consent.

Throughout the sales process, you will receive a weekly activity report.

We are at your disposal at all times.

We will give you at least 24 hours notice of any new visits we make.

All important decisions regarding the sale of your property are taken in agreement with you.

We will forward all offers received to you and you can of course accept, reject or make a counter offer. 

Once you have accepted an offer, we ask the buyer to pay a 10% deposit to the notary in order to reserve the property; we then order the deed of sale, which you will receive at the same time as we do, and arrange for it to be signed at the notary's office as soon as possible. 

Putting the property up for sale costs you nothing. We only get paid when your property is sold.
